About the role:
Mamo Memorial Peace Foundation Inc. (MMPF) is seeking passionate and committed individuals to join our volunteer Board of Directors. As a Board Member, you will help guide the strategic direction of our organization, ensure good governance, and champion our mission of peace, remembrance, and community healing. This is a meaningful opportunity to contribute your leadership and lived experience to a cause that matters.
Requirements:
A genuine commitment to MMPF's mission and values
Willingness to attend regular board meetings and actively participate in discussions
Ability to think strategically and support organizational decision-making
Experience in any relevant field (nonprofit, law, finance, community leadership, etc.) is an asset but not required
Strong integrity, accountability, and a collaborative spirit
